Support for Your Whole Family's Settlement Needs

The Immigrant Women’s Centre offers the Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program (ISAP) which provides essential support and information for newcomer women and their families in Hamilton. ISAP services are offered in Spanish, Arabic, Serbo-Croatian, Somali, Tagalog, French and Kurdish. Interpretation is also available to support ISAP services.      

ISAP services of support include:  

• Orientation to the community
• Information sessions on key settlement related topics and issues, with a focus on information and support for parents
• Support with housing, health care, immigration and other settlement needs Information on community resources and services
• Services of referral to other community resources and services to support settlement
• Assistance with form completion, interpretations & more
